Libby
Libby started her working life and career through the Prince's Trust starting her own business based in Edinburgh.
She then moved to London and a career as an Estate Agent in a very busy, vibrant South London office, where she was headhunted into recruitment for the property market in 1996.
In 1997 she joined a national recruitment agency and within a year she became one of the top performers nationally. In 2000, Libby was again headhunted to join and manage an independent recruitment agency in Cheltenham. She turned the business from loss making to profit making within a year and consistently grew the business (and the profits) for the following three years, for which she was rewarded with Directorship and part ownership of the business.
In August 2003 Libby & Simon had a daughter, Lily. In 2004, Libby sold her share of the business to join her husband as a Director at Bright Futures Resourcing and accelerate the growth of the business.
