Peter spent much of his career, until 7 years ago, as an executive with 3M Corporation, including nine years overseas in Brussels, the USA and The Netherlands; managing teams both locally and dispersed across different regions and countries.
In 2002, Peter set up as an independent consultant and Executive Coach. He has focused on coaching executives up to board level, believing that this is where positive intervention can have the biggest impact on performance and the boardrooms of tomorrow. He now also coaches school leavers and undergraduates to help them develop their personal brand, and increase their ability to make better career choices and compete in a increasingly competitive market.
Peter is married with three children and in his spare time takes a keen interest in the countryside, old buildings (he lives in one!), cricket, and rugby, DIY and wine (not carried out at the same time!).
