Due to their success and the significant hyper growth, the company needed to expand their team. |
The Brief
SAS was looking to recruit 3 Brand Sales Executives that would initially support the Brand Sales Managers. Head of Brand Sales, Dominic Rowbotham, was looking for “real talent”: bright, experienced graduates (‘second-jobbers’) with demonstrable ambition, that would learn quickly and aspire to be Brand Sales Managers themselves – a role that SAS has found both challenging and expensive to recruit into in the past.
The Process
With a target of 3 months in which to search, select and secure individuals for the 3 roles, Bright Futures Resourcing initially met with SAS to discuss the details of the roles and profile the ideal candidates to fit with the dynamic culture of the company. Bright Futures Resourcing then managed the entire screening process and put forward 8 candidates that would be more than capable of ‘hitting the ground running’.
The Success
Of the 8 people that were interviewed, 3 were selected as Brand Sales Executives, delivering better than a 3:1 interview to offer rate!
