After 10 years in graduate recruitment making other people money (!), starting Bright Futures Resourcing was the scariest and best commercial decision of my life. It has changed and grown in ways I never imagined when I started and there is still so much more to be achieved.

It’s my job to drive the business forward and bring great people into the organisation to work with me to achieve our goals. If I was a stick of rock and you cut me down the middle it would say ‘Bright Futures’! I only want a commercial life that is Bright Futures.
Three interesting things we might not know about you...
One of my middle names is ‘Macbeth’. I have taken part in a TV show all about me, my wife and my daughter. I have a brother and sister who are 30 years younger than me!

my phone (to get rescued); sky+ (to ensure I missed nothing); my running shoes (to keep me fit); a bottomless barrel of beer (obvious!); and the book ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ so I was prepared to get right back to life
