Our pre-employment coaching

F100 is an e-mentoring and blended learning programme designed specifically to support your new graduates in their new role and ensure they make a positive contribution to within the first 100 days and beyond!
This is supported by personal, one-to-one coaching, so they start their new career with immediate credibility and take responsibility for driving it forwards.
