Needing to recruit new graduates for the first time in a number of years we identified that the services offered by Bright Futures Resourcing fitted with the William Jackson Food Group’s needs. The opportunity to target the graduates and offer them a graduate-friendly means of application through Bright Futures Resourcing was ideal.
Working with Holly from Bright Futures Resourcing we successfully recruited two graduates, one each for our Marketing and Supply Chain functions at Aunt Bessie’s. Holly did an excellent job of generating interest in our roles, pre-screening applicants, identifying good quality candidates and keeping us informed of progress.
